Erin Long

Erin Long is the Founder and Board President of WE Ignite, the educational non-profit behind the WE Ignite Women’s Conferences. Her ultimate goal for WE Ignite is to connect, inspire and empower women through education, story sharing and collaborative opportunities. In 2017 Erin was asked to sit on a panel of women discussing the gender pay gap and being a woman in the workforce. Those 60 minutes changed her life and ignited a passion within her to bring women together in the hopes of creating a world where women collaborate, learn from each other and leave the room lifting each other up!
